Lou's Used Torch Emporium

Lou is a gnome merchant who shows up exactly when a party needs him, usually with his shapeshifting panther Misty in tow. He deals in castoffs and curiosities other adventurers left behind, and to Lou, nothing is ever really junk. A drop-in NPC and item supplement for Shadowdark, with a rumor table and a handful of oddball wares.
